Arbiter
The standard for moderation and anticheat in Minecraft Spigot servers.
Arbiter reads every message, watches every movement, and hands down warnings, mutes and bans on its own — keeping a record of each decision it made. You manage all of it from a web page.

What it catches
Six ways a server goes wrong.
Chat is checked everywhere players write — signs, books and private messages included. Movement and combat are measured at the packet level.
Swearing, harassment, threats and hate
Including attempts to sneak it past — spaced out, misspelled, symbols swapped in, or written in another alphabet.
Server advertising
Any IP or link, however it is written. Players talking about your own server are left alone.
Spam and flooding
Repetition, walls of text, and the same message from several accounts at once.
Cheaters
Speed, flight, kill aura and reach, measured at the packet level against simulated vanilla movement.
Hacked items
Impossible enchantments and oversized stacks, found in inventories and ender chests alike.
Alt accounts
You are told when someone joins on the same connection as a player you have already punished.
What it flagged
527 of 56,173 messages.
Under one percent of chat, sorted into the category the rules engine settled on. The rest went through untouched, which is the point — a filter nobody notices is a filter players do not fight.

Offences build up and old ones fade, so a warning becomes a mute only when the pattern holds. You set where each line sits.
The panel
Run it from a browser.
Nine tabs, on your phone or your desk. Change anything without touching a config file or restarting.

Live Chat
Chat, flags and punishments in one feed. Filter it, search it, and act on anything in it without leaving the page.

Every detection, replayable
Each cheat flag records the moment it happened. Orbit it, step through it frame by frame, and read the reason in plain English with the numbers underneath.

Player Activity
Where your players are and how well they reach you, sampled continuously and kept as history.
Setup
Four steps, no config file.
- 1Drop the jar in plugins/ and restart.
- 2Run /arbiter consent accept.
- 3Run /arbiter panel for a link, then /arbiter link in game.
- 4Set your rules on the panel and switch it to enforce.
Monitor mode is there for the first day — same detection, same live feed, nothing carried out — so you can watch it read your own chat before you let it act.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21+
- Paper or Spigot
